Refund policy
All sales of physical products by Career and Technical Training LLC are final. All products are sold "as is" and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all products purchased from Career and Technical Training LLC, including but not limited to Printers, Printer accessories, Lasers, CNC routers, robotic arms, Welding equipment, 3D Printers, Plasma cutters, Mills, and Lathes.
By completing a purchase with Career and Technical Training LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this "as is" and no-return/no-refund policy.
We encourage all customers to carefully inspect products and ask any questions prior to purchase to ensure the product meets their needs and expectations.
Manufacturer Warranties: While Career and Technical Training LLC does not offer returns or refunds, many of the products we sell may be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Customers are encouraged to review the warranty information provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g., Roland, ULS, Xtool) for details on coverage and how to make a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Career and Technical Training LLC will, to the best of its ability, assist customers in connecting with manufacturers for warranty-related inquiries, but all warranty claims are ultimately the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that a product arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must notify Career and Technical Training LLC within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product. While we cannot offer a refund or return due to our "as is" policy, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may jeopardize any claim with the carrier.
